As you may have already guessed, I am quite the fan of Floggermeister’s work. I love the Floggermeister ethos as much as I love the craftsmanship that goes into each and every piece. Today I will be reviewing the Egyptian Pharaoh Flogger & Asp Crop set which I purchased at Skin Two North 2013.

The Egyptian Pharaoh Flogger & Asp Crop set can be purchased separately for £20 each but you can buy them both as a set for £35, I bought them as a set not only for the savings but because I just couldn’t choose one. So lightweight and easy to use but the sensation they create is intense!

SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!I got to the Skin Two North market with about 30 minutes to spare I made one initial pass of all the stalls. I saw this sexy set of impact tools and thought, ok if I still have money when I come back and they’re still there… I’m grabbing them! On my second pass, people were still perusing the shiny toys at the Floggermeister stall while they were trying to close shop so I snatched the set up and practically shoved a fist full of pounds in Carl’s face. I just simply had to have them, I do have manners, I promise!

How they measure up

The Pharaoh Flogger comes with a six inch handle a twelve inch blade and 12 inch falls. The Asp Crop comes with a six inch handle, a twelve inch blade a tongue which measures approximately ten inches in length. Both blades are 8mm in diameter for a perfectly matching set.

Materials

As I’ve mentioned in past Floggermeister reviews, their products are 100% vegetarian and vegan. The falls of the Pharaoh Flogger are made from a soft textured .75mm EPDM rubber material. The texture gives the falls a slight amount of bite as they pass over skin for a slightly stingier sensation.

As for the Asp Crop, the tongue is made from a smoother yet stiffer EPDM rubber material which delivers one hell of a sting. The material keeps the tip razor sharp even with repeated use. You can tell from the build that these two toys will last me a lifetime.

Both of my Asp Crop and Pharaoh Flogger come with a black delrin blade and a rubber wrapped handle with red Turks head knot decoration. This set is finished off with a distinctive copper button at the butt of each item. You can choose from many different colours of Turks head knots and you can even ask for a white delrin blade.

Playtime!

I didn’t have to wait too long to try out my new acquisition, since the Skin Two event was just hours away. My sub and I put on our finest fetish wear and made our way back to Vox in Leeds where Skin Two North was being held. When it was time to play we found a spanking bench and I made my sub lay out all my impact toys in order by severity. I warmed his bum up with a flogging and a paddling then it was time to try out my new toys.

I started off with the Pharaoh Flogger. Just like my crop style flogger from Jack’s Floggers the style of this flogger allows me to change direction mid flight and still hit my target with precision. The flexibility of the delrin cane allows me to grab the falls and swing them with added force, much like a catapult. I found I was also able to switch between flogging and sensation play by flitting the falls across my sub’s freshly flogged flesh.

It was time to try out the Asp Crop. This was the best part. This little beastie had some sting to it! With just minimal effort, I was leaving lovely red marks all over my subbie’s bum. By grabbing the tip and bending the shaft slightly I could tell by the yelp I got that this gave it an even bigger bite. Feeling bold I picked up both the Asp Crop and Pharaoh Flogger and florentined them with amazing results. I am very well pleased with this set! This was definitely money well spent.
